| Description: | Introduction to the art of multi-discipline emergency response dispatching in an emergency communications simulation center. The course involves the use of emergency communications equipment and the application of policies, procedures and protocols to specific situations. Scenarios will be complex, may involve multiple responses and may have a high level of impact on individuals or the community. Identification and notification of a wide variety of resources both local and state will be included in simulation. Prerequisite: ETC 110. |
