Eddie Lincoln
Eddie Lincoln has been with PCC for fourteen years and joined ETAP in November of 2010. Eddie comes to ETAP after many years of working with the college's workforce training programs, Dislocated Workers and Steps to Success. Eddie received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Portland and did post graduate work in Labor Economics from Portland State University. Lincoln believes that PCC's ETAP program is the right program at the right time to serve low income men and women interested in succeeding in the construction trades.
Donna Raynalds
Donna Raynalds joined the ETAP staff in March 2011 as a Career Specialist. Donna, a journey level carpenter, previously taught construction trades at the Margaret Carter Skill Center from 1990 to 1993. Raynalds earned a Masters degree from Western Illinois University and worked in the Midwest for 15 years before returning to Portland in 2011. She says she is happy to be back in the Pacific Northwest and working with students again on the Cascade Campus. Donna helps ETAP students and graduates prepare to enter and succeed in registered apprenticeship programs and to secure employment.
Diana Blake
Diana Blake joined the ETAP staff in July 2008 as a Grants Specialist. Diana brings a diverse background of experience, from working with homeless families and non-profit fundraising to reporting for candidates and political campaigns. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Warner Pacific College. Along with tracking financial data and writing the reports for ETAP's Grants, Diana spends much of her time helping applicants prepare for the program. Diana has a passion for helping people pursue their goals and dreams.
