on Cascade Campus
The ETAP program is based on Cascade Campus. The campus is located in close-in northeast Portland, making it convenient for students. During the fall, winter, and spring terms, the campus is served by a by a free shuttle.
In the classroom, students focus on industry orientation, electrical basics, hazardous material handling, methods and functions of construction, and general on-the-job information. During hands-on training, students learn in a worksite environment. ETAP students complete projects that introduce them to the basics of construction materials, blueprint reading, and basic hand and power tool safety.
