Cement Masons Apprenticeship Boot Camp
For those interested in gaining an advantage in the highly competitive nature of an apprenticeship program, this is a great opportunity. Students will gain an introductory understanding of the skill set required to be successful as an apprentice and journey worker in the Cement Masons trade. Participants who successfully complete the course could receive entry into the Cement Masons Apprenticeship Program.
What You'll Learn
- Work ethic - punctuality, reliability, team work and pride in craft.
- Intro to technical skills - tool familiarity, safety, blueprint, set-up, place and finish and dry finish.
- Job site environment - specific job site hazards and safety requirements, workflow, and coordination between crafts.
Who Should Apply?
Women, minorities, high school seniors, young adults in community college or out of school youth (ages 18-26 years old), are all encouraged to apply.

*must be 18 prior to June 17, and must pass a drug and alcohol screening to be accepted. (This is a drug and alcohol free program. We participate in random urinalyses throughout the program.)
