In 2005, PWC established a two-year long partnership with CLIMB to increase company effectiveness and competitiveness by increasing worker productivity and expanding employee skills. CLIMB is helping PWC meet its goal through the development and delivery of customized, modularized on-site training and WorkKeys™ Job Profiles.

CWT is also developing a Performance Management system which will allow PWC to objectively measure and reward employees’ performance on a continual basis.
