IDT’s position as a global leader in delivering semiconductor solutions places an even greater premium on cultivating current employees for future leadership positions. By working with PCC, the company was able to develop and deliver a mentoring program for IDT employees, combining the expertise IDT currently had in its training department with motivation and delegation strategies. Recently, the company has taken a further step with PCC by beginning to roll out a "train-the-trainer program" as well.
