A fresh food manufacturer, Harry’s Fresh Foods supplies soups, sauces, gravies and desserts to both retail and wholesale clients in 33 states as well as Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Taiwan. This kind of client scope means Harry’s employees have to be especially proficient in communication.
PCC stepped in to help them meet their goals: by offering customized English as a Second Language training to non-native English speaking employees. PCC helped Harry’s Fresh Foods improve communication and lower turnover. Harry’s also partnered with PCC to provide two customized leadership programs for executive, middle management and supervisory levels.
