Based on the result of your company's needs analysis, we collaborate with you on next steps, which may include training and educational services.

Step 2: Curriculum Development

If training is required, we work with your managers to develop customized curriculum and delivery methods that meet the needs of your company.

Step 3: Convenient Training Delivery

Training is most often delivered at your worksite at times that accommodate your company's work schedule. Training may also be delivered:

  • In the classroom
  • On the shop floor
  • Via the Web
  • Other electronic delivery (email, CD-rom, video, etc)
