Getting to the Offices

The CLIMB Organizational Training and Development offices are located in room #1507 in the Washington County Workforce Training Center inside the Capital Center building in Beaverton. Driving directions, public transit information, parking instructions and additional instructions are available.

Our instructor's expertise and passion is evident in their delivery.

Dave Benak

Dave has 30-plus years of training and development experience as the Director of Training for an internationally known Fortune 500 company. He owns and operates TrainingPays, a Vancouver-based training and development company specializing in leadership, sales, management and supervisory training. He is a contributing writer to the Vancouver Business Journal and has been a guest on the radio talk show "The Money Station" KBNP (1410 AM), Portland, OR. He holds a B.S./B.A. degree from the University of San Francisco and has attended Columbia University in New York. He teaches at Clark College in Vancouver, WA and at PCC. He has been a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for over 25 years.

Iris Savich

Iris holds a M.A. from the University of Iowa. Iris Savich has been a training consultant for over twenty years and is the President of TAP Unlimited, a private consulting company that conducts training for business in assertive and cross-cultural communication, time management and customer service.

Rob Russell

Before starting his independent consulting business in 1984, Rob Russell was a manager in private companies for twenty-two years. In his consulting role, he has worked with public and private organizations in twenty-two states and six countries. The State of Oregon named him "Outstanding External Consultant" in 1990. Rob has been on the adjunct teaching staff at PCC for over thirty years.
