Total Quality Management Certificate: A minimum of 18 credits
The 18-credit-hour certificate in total quality management is composed of three credit classes and a one credit workshop. These courses are designed to foster and enhance workplace efficiency. The program has three areas of focus: quality issues and the customer; communications and team building and strategies; and statistical tools and project planning.
