Program Description

Parents with children on the beachThe classes are taught by PCC parent education instructors with expertise in working both with children and adults.  Some classes are lecture/discussion format, while others are interactive and allow you to attend with your children.

Each class is tailored to age-appropriate topics, which are chosen by the participants and instructor. Topics typically include development, guidance, communication, self-esteem and health issues.

Course Content and Outcomes Guides (CCOGs):  These guides are designed for faculty use, but may be used as a general reference for students. The course syllabus, distributed by the instructor on the first day of class, is the official guide for the class.
