When you pick up a copy of the Portland Community College magazine and community education schedule, we want you to do more than read it - we want you to be inspired! Since 2005, this publication has connected thousands of people to all that the college has to offer, both through its articles and its schedule of hundreds of non-credit Community Education classes.
Kaleidoscope is now PCC Communities
During July 2007, we asked for you to send us feedback on how to make our publication even better. Based on the hundreds of comments that we received, the decision was made to rework the magazine.
The new magazine includes several important features: a name change to "PCC Communities," a standing call-out for Community Education classes inside, artwork that presents visuals of students-in-action, and use of the college slogan at the bottom of the front cover. Versions of the new cover made their debut on pcc.edu, and feedback was solicited. The overwhelming majority of respondents supported the new cover.
