Application Procedure

  1. Complete the AIFS application form.
  2. Attach:
    • a check for $450.00 payable to "AIFS" (Note that the fee includes a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 and a $400.00 enrollment deposit)
    • 4 passport sized photos (with your full name printed on the back of each one)
    • a copy of your passport photo page.
  3. Schedule an appointment with the Study Abroad Program Coordinator to go over important program specifics. Set up your appointment with the program coordinator, by contacting:

  4. At the appointment, the Study Abroad Program Coordinator will certify your academic eligibility. If the application meets all relevant criteria, it will be signed by the coordinator.
  5. The Office of International Education will forward your completed application to the AIFS office in Stamford, Connecticut.
