It is necessary to make room reservations before making arrangements for catering. Campus departments and student organizations with PCC budget codes should place orders directly through the catering department using the Catering Order form. Others should call Jean Atkinson at 971-722-4316. Catering arrangements for each campus are facilitated through the district catering office at Sylvania.

PCC has first right of refusal on all catering events. Authorization for an outside caterer must be approved by Linda Eden, The Director of Auxiliary Services, or his/her designee. When planning your event it is sometimes easier to create a menu based on your event food budget. Please ask for assistance.
