Make way for Portland Community College to salute its history with the third annual Founders' Week, May 12-17, 2014!
The week offers faculty, staff, students, retirees and alums of Portland Community College the opportunity to share their pride in the college and its accomplishments in a mix of athletic and academic activities - as well as some that are simply pure fun!
Following is the event line-up, which will be regularly updated as details continue to be confirmed. An academic component to showcase the instructional expertise at PCC is new this year to Founders' Week. In campus-by-campus 'Light Bulb Lectures,' a handful of faculty has been tapped to share their 'best lecture' in approximately 15 minutes, round-table fashion ... complete with lightening fast questions-and-answers afterward!
In the event of questions, contact Kate Chester, public relations manager, at (971) 722-8233 or at email@example.com. Look forward to seeing you at many - perhaps all - of the festivities!
