This form is to be used to schedule or cancel an videoconferencing event. If you need to cancel your event please do so as early as possible to allow others access to the videoconferencing system.

Note:: Videoconferencing Classes are the priority. We can only accept submissions one term out! Should an overbooking occur, Distance Education reserves the right to reschedule any booking that conflicts with ongoing class schedules.
