Your class may have other computer or software requirements, such as a microphone, speakers, or additional software. Check the course information in the
online schedule to see if your class has other requirements. You are responsible for your own software and computer equipment maintenance and setup.
Description & Requirements:
Web: A course that is delivered fully online.
Access to a computer with modern operating system capable of running the following software:
One of the following recommended web browsers:
Latest version of Firefox (Recommended)
Internet Explorer 10 or later
Latest version of Safari
Latest version of Chrome (though not recommended)
Browser plugins, such as Flash, Acrobat Reader, and Java may be required
Anti-Virus and Firewall software
Word Processor/Office suite (See course for specific software requirements)
High-speed Internet connection (broadband, Wi-Fi, 4G/LTE)
Basic computer literacy – the ability to:
send and receive emails with attachments
follow and save hyperlinks on a web page
create and save documents in a word processor
Web: A course that course combines classroom-based instruction with online instruction.
Student must be able to:
Attend on-site classes during scheduled class times
